We analyze the local culture of a place by dividing its products into four groups and 16 sub-groups of cultural 'Outcomes'.
Simultaneously, we also investigate the driving forces of the local culture by assigning them to 9 cultural 'Drivers'.
Putting these two different types of cultural factors on an X and Y axis respectively, we open a cultural matrix, where we can assess which cultural phenomena are most pronounced in a specific place and make up the identity of the community.
Thus extracting the cultural 'Essence' out of the matrix, we are able to advise our clients with cultural strategies for development, design, management and operation of their projects. A 'Cultural Strategies Report' usually contains about 30 pages and about 20-25 strategies as the example below shows.
